Vampire and mysteries of Como Tour – 30 October
An evening walk through Como’s historic centre, filled with tales of vampires, superstitions and eerie legends. The tour starts at 9:00 PM in Piazza Verdi, in front of Teatro Sociale, and lasts approximately two hours. A unique opportunity to discover a truly “noir” side to Como!
Costumed Halloween Tour at Castel Baradello – 31 October
A nighttime adventure through the forests of Spina Verde Park, leading up to the atmospheric Castel Baradello. With mysterious stories, unusual characters and breathtaking views over the illuminated city, this tour promises thrills and fun. Family-friendly tours are scheduled for 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM, while tours for adults and teenagers take place at 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Halloween costumes are highly recommended!

Dinner with a Ghost: a night at Teatro Sociale in Como
What if Halloween meant spending an entire night inside a real theatre? Teatro Sociale in Como presents Dinner with a Ghost: A Night at the Theatre, an original experience for children aged 6 to 12 on the evening of 31 October 2026.
After enjoying dinner together, a mysterious ghost appears among the theatre’s boxes. Divided into teams, the young participants will become real ghost hunters, solving puzzles, searching for clues and carrying out scientific experiments in collaboration with the University of Insubria.
The adventure begins on Saturday 31 October at 7:30 PM and continues until the following morning, with an overnight stay inside the theatre and breakfast included. A truly unforgettable Halloween experience for little adventurers!

My Halloween pumpkin at Villa Carlotta – Tremezzina (CO)
On 24, 25, 30 and 31 October, Villa Carlotta hosts pumpkin carving and decorating workshops, where pumpkins are transformed into beautiful Halloween lanterns. Halloween Events at Visconti Castle in Locarno
- Witches’ Night: on 30 and 31 October, Visconti Castle in Locarno opens its doors for an immersive experience featuring historical tales, legends, theatrical performances and ancient stories of witchcraft. Visitors will follow a mysterious route through the castle’s rooms and former prisons, guided by the light of an LED candle.
Three sessions are scheduled each evening, at 6:30 PM, 8:00 PM and 9:15 PM. Tickets cost CHF 25 per person, and advance booking is required. The experience is recommended for ages 12 and over.
Information and bookings: Witches’ Night at Visconti Castle - Cauldrons and Magic Potions: on 31 October at 3:00 PM, Visconti Castle also hosts a special event for younger children: a witch-themed story followed by a creative workshop dedicated to magical potions.

Boyer Haunted House – Tesserete
From 29 to 31 October 2026, the fifth edition of Boyer Haunted House returns to Tesserete. This immersive Halloween experience transforms the outdoor grounds of a historic residence into a mysterious world filled with ghosts, spooky surprises and elaborate horror-themed settings.
The trail winds through a haunted cemetery, an enchanted vegetable garden with singing pumpkins, animated paintings and a mysterious fortune teller trapped inside a crystal ball. But beware of the most unsettling character of all: the Ghost Bride, who wanders through the darkness in search of a husband to drag into her world!
An original and atmospheric adventure, recommended for ages 6 and over, for anyone who wants to experience all the magic and thrills of Halloween.

Halloween on Monte Generoso
On 31 October 2026, Monte Generoso celebrates Halloween with two special events, combining breathtaking mountain views, family-friendly fun and a thrilling evening celebration!
- Halloween Family Day: during the day, children can take part in a Halloween-themed creative workshop, making and decorating a special souvenir to take home. To make the day even more exciting, visitors who reach the summit in costume receive a 50% discount on the cogwheel train ticket, calculated on the low-season fare. The event takes place during the train’s regular operating hours.
- Halloween at the Summit: as evening falls, the mountain becomes the setting for a Halloween party featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet dinner, music with DJ Maikol and a prize competition for the most original costume.
The train departs from Capolago at 7:30 PM, with the return journey scheduled for 11:45 PM.
Price: CHF 75 for adults and CHF 45 for children aged 6 to 15, including the return train journey, dinner and entertainment. Advance booking is required.
