Where will my apartment listing appear?
Your apartment listing will appear on the Quokka website and on all the most popular OTAs, as well as their associated smaller portals: Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, etc.
Can I use my apartment when necessary?
Certainly, you can use your apartment for yourself or for friends and family, giving proper notice in advance to the Quokka Team, who will also ensure that your property is in perfect condition for your arrival!
Who will take care of cleaning and linens?
Quokka 360 has a dedicated staff that handles apartment cleaning, as well as a professional laundry service that provides clean and fresh bed linens and towels.
Where can I see my earnings?
On the Quokka 360 website, there will be a dedicated section for you: you will receive an access link with a username and password to enter your Owner Area and view future bookings and your earnings.
Will my home be always well-maintained?
Having a property managed by Quokka 360 means ensuring that the home is always in optimal condition and valued over time: our team of professional maintenance workers takes care of regular repairs and maintenance and coordinates with external specialists for more specialized interventions (if necessary).
Who will handle the paperwork?
The Quokka 360 office takes care of all the necessary paperwork for opening a vacation home both in Switzerland and Italy, by contacting the relevant authorities (municipalities, tourist offices, etc.), completing the required registrations to comply with the law, and staying constantly updated on legal developments in the tourism industry.
Is there a fixed monthly fee to pay?
The Quokka 360 commission is 25%* for full management, which includes apartment preparation, creating listings, and placing them on OTAs and the Quokka website, managing bookings, cleaning and laundry, and much more.
